PAWLICA, Ltd. - leader in technology for treatment of grain in the Czech Republic

PAWLICA Ltd. is Czech general supplier of complete technology for drying, cleaning and storage of grain and other commodities on the Czech, Slovak and other CEE markets. Pawlica Ltd. represents companies Stela-Laxhuber GmbH - dryers, Schmidt-Seeger AG -cleaners, Je-Ma A/G- special elevators, BIN Sp. z o.o. - accumulator bins, Skandia Elevator - redlers and elevators, Brock Int. - storage silos, Hutchinson/Mayrath - Grain Pump system and Pfeuffer - laboratory equipment. Pawlica Ltd. provides installation of all those technology.

Pawlica Ltd. provides design, project plan, calculation, technology import and montage. All projects are supplied with needed documentation, manuals, testing operation and trainings for operators. Warranty service and after warranty service is supplied also by Pawlica Ltd. Due to high number of installations on the market and existing local service teams we also offer to long-term service contracts on the whole technology.

In desing and project plan stage of new after-harvest lines and grain storage areas we use our experts with more than 30 years of experience. During project and calculation phase we cooperate with investor and agree on selected technology. In most cases we use advanced technology from our foreign partners and complement it with local accessory equipment.

Thanks to our long-term relation with our suppliers we have established flexible and fast deliveries of requested technologies, spare parts and maintenance. All imports are meeting CZ norms and if needed we provide certifications. Our local partners providing installations have enough experience and training to guarantee the best quality of work.

2007 reference project - Senice na Hane, Moravia

Senice na Hané

PAWLICA Ltd. has been established in 1998 and is continuing in activities of Mr. Dipl. Ing. RudolfPawlica CSc. During this time we have become leaders in this field. Important milestones:

  • first Stela dryer in Satov - 1995
  • first after-harvest line in Visnove - 1997
  • first two large capacity Stela dryers changing old dryers in ZZN (grain traders) - 2001
  • first grain storage area 6x1200 t, input 120 t/h in Slapanice - 2003
  • largest grain storage area in Hosteradice, 50.000 t in 6 silos BROCK, highest Stela dryer capacity 40 t/h in wet corn - 2004
  • fastest build grain storage area - in 3,5 month in Rostenice, greenfield project, 4 silos BROCK - 16.000 t, input 120 t/h, Stela dryer 20 t/h in wet corn - 2005
  • grain storage area in RABBIT Chotysany, 6 silos BROCK for 44.000 t, Stela dryer 30 t/h in grain, input 100 t/h - 2006
  • record number of 28 projects in the year 2007 - 5 large capacity Stela dryers in ZZN (grain traders), storage area for seed production, two product line 2x80 t/h in Senice na Hane - Stela dryer 40 t/h, 6x BROCK silos 7.200 t

Since our beginning in 1995 we have installed 121 Stela dryers in Czech. 25 dryers of them are large capacity installed in ZZN (grain dealers). Total number of all installations, including rebuilding and modernisations of after-harvest lines, has reached number of 250 locations!

In grain cleaning we have started to rebuild old Petkus cleaners, but after that time we have installed 21 Schmidt-Seeger new high capacity cleaners. In our after-harvest lines and storage areas we have installed also 3,5 km of Skandia-Elevators redlers and elevators and more than 250 special elevators from JE-MA.

In only 5 years we have build 205.000 t capacity for grain storage! Smallest silo is for 500 t in Archlebov and biggest in Hosteradice with 27,0 m diameter ,31,2 m height and has 12,500 t capacity!

In the last year we have installed biggest sawdust dryer in "Eastern Europe" in Paskov, Moravia. This maschine has size of 8x6x28 m and output of 8 t/h. This is used to produce 68.000 t of wood pellets a year. We are now in preparation stage to build new dryers for waste heat from biogas plants and from bioethanol production.
